Doug, formerly from the Boston area, attended the University of Massachusetts and Donia grew up in New Mexico and attended the University of New Mexico. They co-founded Chalet Realty in 1996 and have been one of the top selling realtors’ in Summit County ever since.

Doug was one of the original developers of the Marina Park Condominium project and the Crossroads retail center in Frisco.

He is currently involved in the sales and marketing of the Frisco Marina View project and Skyway Development located on Main Street in Breckenridge, just steps from the BreckConnect Gondola.

Doug and Donia currently reside in The Highlands of Breckenridge with their two beautiful daughters Riley and Makenna.
